Our Last Song

Our Last Song is a duo developed around the Swan, starting from the image of the known story of Swan Lake.

The research evolved rather around the concept of the swan as a creature full of symbolic force, mythological images, and legendary stories. The swan is the emblem of the poet’s soul, of grace, innocence, and purity.

It’s the union of opposites: sun and moonlight, male and female, delicacy and strength, the link between earth and heaven, the bird of life that combines the elements of air and water.

The path that ties two swans, symbols of fidelity and eternal love, becomes the mirror of humans’ need for support across their life’s journey… until the end when we sing our very last song.
